1 The Legend
-According to Princess Celestia (local), the Pale Pony is a legendary alicorn that serves as a grim reaper type of figure. In other words, she appears to take souls away when somepony dies. She is described as a white alicorn.
--The Pale Pony legend is associated with a symbol. ☧

2 Messages
-The first time the Pale Pony became a concern was at the Grand Galloping Gala May 18th, only about one and a half months after the first offworlders arrived in Ponyville (April 1). During the entire palace was filled with a thick darkness spell that prevented unicorns from relighting the lamps.
--Wally West said he heard a hissing noise similar to a snake near the buffet table while the lights were out.
--Princess Celestia (local) had to relight the area. Once light was restored guests found that one of the alicorn statues was covered in strange graffiti. Here is a drawing recreation [Luckily Doctor is a skilled artist with good memory.]:

-As one can see there is a message written. "PREPARE" The Pale Pony's symbol is used in the place of both P's. There are also 7 copes of the symbol the Pale Pony is associated with on the statue's flank and tail.
-The following months after the gala the Pale Pony's symbol would appear around Ponyville. Nopony was seen leaving the symbols on buildings, roads, and other unexpected places. Most symbols were in public areas however.
-After the death of Nemo, one of the offworlders, a message was found during his funeral written in the grass outside of Ponyville Commune. "Help me Meulin Prepa-"
--The mention of Meulin's name, which only Nemo called her by suggested the message was written by Nemo himself despite his death.
--Reminents of a white chalky substance, identified as alabaster were found with the message.

3 The Symbol

The symbol bears a resemblance to the Chi Rho Cross of Ancient Greece and later the era of Roman Emperor Constantine of Earth. It has a star at its end instead of a cross. There is likely no connection between the two.

4 Rainbow Energy, Appearance and Disappearance of Individuals
-Since the first arrival of Offworlders Rainbow Energy has been involved in the appearance and disappearance of many.
-Whether or not the energy that brings offworlders to Equestria is the same as that which takes individuals to the Pale Pony has yet to be confirmed. There is however a growing suspicion that all who disappear or "burst" into rainbow do not return home but rather go to the Pale Pony.
-The Pale Pony's statues have been seen appearing and reappearing by rainbow.
-Starswirl the Bearded created mirrors that serve as portals between worlds long ago. Many were destroyed but the Pale Pony might be using these mirrors to gain access to other worlds.

5 Statues
-Statue versions of the Pale Pony and those who assist her are made of alabaster and often leave dust behind. When unneeded, they burst into rainbows.
-The first direct contact with these statues was made in Manehatten in September. A Cockatrice form of Weeping Angels appeared in Ponyville and caused the disappearance of several Ponyville residents. Later the Weeping Angels disappeared as well. Likely the Angels are also under the Pale Pony's control.
--Those who disappeared awoke in an abandoned warehouse in Manehatten. All were in a state of petrification and were later hospitalized and healed.
--(Further information provided by Pinkie Pie) A hooded statue pony and a small hooded humanoid figure visited the kidnapped ponies before disappearing again via rainbow. This pony could have been the Pale Pony.
--The hooded pony said "Theory Confirmed" to her partner before they disappeared.

-Following up on an international crime involving the disappearance of Griffalter's Weather Stone, a number of us witnessed the thief Easy Lift making a deal with Statues. The two present had a strong resemblance to Rarity (local) but aged, and Gemmy an offworlder who had both previously burst into rainbows.
--Rarity (local) has since returned to Ponyville.

6 Name, Appearance, Additional Information
-The Pale Pony made an appearance at the Closing Ceremony of the Equestrian Games, August.
--She was wrapped in shadow making her look like a silouete save for her glaring eyes and the Elements.
--She was protected by an extremely strong rainbow energy barrier.
--She made a point of staring at offworlders.
--Whispering voices were heard by all in the area.
--She wore what looked like all six Elements of Harmony.

7 Summary
-The Pale Pony we face collects souls or something similar to it, matching the legend. Those who burst into rainbows appear to join her and fall under her control.
-The Pale Pony uses alabaster statues like puppets to do her bidding.
-The Pale Pony uses Rainbow colored magic. This can be used both for transporation and defensive purposes.
-The Pale Pony has unmistakable eyes. Her gaze inflicts feelings of fear and in some cases hypnosis upon those who look into them.
-She has been carrying out experiments to confirm unknown theories.
-She might have a power over or connection to the mirrors between worlds.
-The Pale Pony appears to carry some form of the Elements of Harmony with her.
